The Hallmark stars also admitted they are “a bit more tired” now, which is less a confession than a universal new-parent weather report. Krakow joked that after years as a “non-coffee drinker,” she has recently had “a change of heart.”
They said they were struck by “how immediately and naturally our sense of identity and priorities shifted” after their daughter was born.
“First and foremost, now we are parents and the needs of our child are always top of mind,” they explained. “That happened instantaneously in a way no other life experience has affected us before.”
Their When Calls the Heart family is growing too
Krakow and Rosenbaum are not the only When Calls the Heart cast members entering a very baby-filled chapter.
Their co-stars Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace welcomed a baby earlier this year. Another castmate, Chris McNally, and his wife, Julie Gonzalo, are expecting their second child together.
