Still, Perry said performing helped her reconnect with her work and wider sense of purpose. It also placed her in the circumstances that led to her next relationship.

That person was Trudeau, whom Perry was seen dining with in Montreal later in July 2025, the same month representatives for Perry and Bloom confirmed their separation.
What led to the end of the engagement?
