Page Six reports that Maggie Grace and Brent Bushnell’s divorce was finalized in 2025, after the actress filed to end the marriage earlier that year. According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Grace filed in Washington in May 2025 after seven years of marriage, citing an “irretrievably broken” relationship.
The filing listed Oct. 1, 2024, as the couple’s official date of separation. So, while the paperwork landed in 2025, the legal timeline says they had already been living apart for months. Quiet, yes. Invisible to the court system, not so much.
What the court documents say
Grace, 42, also asked in the petition to legally return to her maiden name, Margaret Grace Ives. Page Six reported that the request was granted in the finalized divorce, dated Aug. 13, 2025.
The court documents also said Grace and Bushnell signed a prenuptial agreement in May 2017. Grace asked the court to uphold the prenup as part of the divorce proceedings.
Representatives for Grace did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Tuesday evening. A representative for Bushnell was not available for comment, according to the outlet.
