Cardi B and Maduka Okoye are back in the same frame, this time in Venice, where the rapper and the Nigerian goalkeeper were seen dining side by side at a high-end restaurant overlooking a canal. Naturally, the internet has accepted this calm public meal with friends in a very calm way. Just kidding, people are already inspecting the seating chart.
What happened at the Venice dinner
According to video obtained by TMZ, Cardi B and Okoye joined several men for dinner at Gio’s restaurant inside The St. Regis Venice. The group had a canal view, which is subtle in the way Venice generally refuses to be subtle.
Cardi drew attention in a plunging turquoise dress while sitting next to Okoye at the table. In the footage, Okoye is seen smiling as Cardi talks with the group and shows off her long nails.
TMZ reported that the two didn’t show any public affection during the outing. Still, the two appeared comfortable together while spending another night out with friends.
A source told the outlet they spotted the group while watching fireworks from the hotel above. Cardi and Okoye had just received their food and appeared to be enjoying the evening.
