She also raised concerns about police records released to the public. According to Brooke, those records included redactions connected to prescriptions her father was taking for pain and sleep. She said those medications do not appear in the toxicology findings.

Autopsy questions remain central for Brooke

TMZ previously reported that Brooke contacted police within days of Hulk Hogan’s death to ask whether an autopsy would be performed. She now says a private autopsy was ultimately conducted for the family, but that she was never allowed to see the results. She also says those results were never publicly released.

Brooke is also questioning why Hulk Hogan’s death certificate was signed by his personal physician rather than someone from the medical examiner’s office.

The Clearwater Police Department has said its nearly yearlong review is complete and that the evidence does not support suspicion of a crime. Brooke, however, says the report has not resolved the inconsistencies she sees.

For the public, the official finding may be enough. For Brooke Hogan, the issue appears more personal and more unresolved: not just how her father died, but whether the people responsible for answering that question asked enough at the beginning.
