Blueface’s $2.25M Moorpark Home Has TV Potential

CelebrityBlueface’s $2.25M Moorpark Home Has TV Potential

Blueface’s $2.25 million Moorpark home gives the rapper more than 5,000 square feet for his growing family, plus enough closing-day spectacle to suggest someone had a camera treatment in mind. TMZ reported that he recently moved into the gated California property following the birth of his newborn son.

Public listing data appears to match the reported purchase, although it does not identify Blueface as the buyer. Redfin records show a Moorpark house with the same price and specifications sold on September 1, one day before news of the deal emerged.

How the purchase compares with Moorpark’s market

The likely property spans 5,364 square feet and includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, mountain views and a four-car garage. It spent 68 days on the market before selling for $2.25 million, which was $25,000 below its $2.275 million asking price.

That still places the house well above the local norm. Moorpark’s median sale price was about $925,000 during the three months through July 2026, according to Redfin. Blueface’s reported purchase was roughly 2.4 times that figure.

The wider market was hardly surging at the time. Moorpark’s median price had fallen 9.8% from a year earlier, making the below-asking deal less surprising than the gold key presentation that followed. Luxury real estate remains luxury real estate, but even rappers apparently accept a discount when one is available.

The move follows the birth of Blueface’s son

Nevaeh Akira gave birth to an eight-pound boy on August 18, according to XXL. Her labor and trip to the hospital were livestreamed, during which Blueface told viewers, “Chat, we may be having a baby.” Subtlety was not part of the birth plan.

Reports disagree on both the child’s name and Blueface’s total number of children. Complex and XXL identified the baby as Johnathan Jamall Porter Jr., while Hot 97 used Jonathan Porter Jr. Complex described him as Blueface’s third child, but XXL and Hot 97 called him the fourth.

XXL’s count includes two children with Jaidyn Alexis, one with Chrisean Rock and the newborn with Akira. The outlet also reported that the baby is Akira’s second child.

The timing makes the larger house a practical move, at least by celebrity property standards. Five bedrooms should provide some flexibility, assuming nobody converts several of them into podcast studios.

Why the closing looked ready for reality TV

Blueface arrived at the gated property in a Maybach Sprinter supplied by Stratos. Christian Crane of Agents of LA, who represented him in the purchase, accompanied him alongside former Death Row Records producer and real estate investor Eric “C-Style” Yokoyama.

Agents of LA marked the closing with a custom gold key depicting Jesus Christ. Blueface was photographed wearing it around his neck, because placing a ceremonial key in a drawer would have been disappointingly conventional.

The gathering also included Agents of LA owner Tai Savet, creator of VH1’s Love & Listings. Savet openly floated the prospect of another property series, telling TMZ, “We might just see another real estate show inspired by this world coming to the urban market.”

No show has been announced, and the elaborate handover may simply have been an elaborate handover. Still, luxury transport, entertainment figures and a wearable closing gift make a fairly polished sales pitch.

Blueface already has history with his agent

The Moorpark deal continues Blueface’s working relationship with Crane, who previously handled business involving the rapper’s Canyon Country property.

Blueface bought that earlier home for about $1.248 million in 2019, according to property reporting cited by OpinoHome. It was listed for $1.25 million in December 2025, nearly the same amount he originally paid.

The new purchase represents a substantial upgrade in price and scale. It also arrives with a newborn, a softer local housing market and the possibility of a television project attached to the closing ceremony. For now, only the house deal has been reported as complete. The reality show remains where many reality shows begin: in a quote to TMZ.
