StreamingAsmongold Says His Streaming Diet Runs on Beef Jerky, Candy, Chipotle, and Floor Anime

Twitch star Asmongold has built a career out of letting viewers see the unvarnished version of his life. This week, that included a meal plan that made the room briefly lose its professional composure.

Appearing on the AllCraft Podcast with Rich Campbell and Caleb Hammer, Asmongold walked through what he typically eats around a streaming day. The routine, by his own description, is not exactly designed for a nutrition brochure.

“I usually have breakfast and I eat beef jerky,” Asmongold said. “And then during my stream, I usually eat more beef jerky. And then after my stream, I eat candy and then beef jerky. And then after that, I have Chipotle. And then after that, I have ice cream.”

He then added the closing note: “After I eat ice cream, I’ll eat chocolate and then fall asleep on the floor watching anime.”

That is a schedule, if not a balanced one.

Chipotle used to be a near-daily fixture

The conversation, which began around the three-minute mark of the podcast, shifted into how often Asmongold eats fast food. He said Chipotle had become a major part of his routine before he cut back.

“I was eating so much Chipotle… I had my blood pressure taken, right? And it said my high score was 193,” he said.

Asmongold told the group he has reduced how often he eats there, though not by most people’s definition of a dramatic lifestyle overhaul.

“Now I only eat Chipotle four times a week,” he said. “It used to be six.”

Caleb Hammer, who was pushing him during the wider discussion about finances, health, and daily habits, reacted while Asmongold was laying out the food list by muttering, “what the f**k?”

His living setup came up too

The diet talk was part of a broader look at Asmongold’s lifestyle choices, including why he still lives in the same house he had before becoming one of the most recognizable names in streaming.

He explained that moving would mean having to recreate one very specific setup: putting tinfoil on the windows so no light can enter his room at all.

This is not the first time Asmongold’s home life has become a major talking point among fans. In 2024, he went viral after finally cleaning his house and said there was “at least one dead animal in my house right now.”

For a streamer whose appeal has long been tied to blunt transparency, the podcast clip landed exactly where much of his off-screen commentary tends to land: somewhere between lifestyle confession and audience group therapy.
