Audio from a 911 dispatch described the emergency as a “suicide attempt.” According to the family source, Hilton’s mother met police at the property and informed officers that he was experiencing a mental health crisis.
The source said his behavior earlier that day had not raised obvious alarm. Hilton had reportedly appeared normal and had spoken with enthusiasm about future work.

The TikTok livestream continued for roughly 15 to 20 minutes before being removed. TikTok later told Deadline that the delay resulted from a “moderator error.” The platform did not leave much room for interpretation there.
