Kim Kardashian, Lewis Hamilton Romance Goes Public

Their Broadway outing came first

The Instagram reveal follows a more traditional public appearance in May. On May 5, Kardashian and Hamilton were seen leaving the James Earl Jones Theatre in New York after attending the Broadway play Fear of 13.

The pair walked out hand in hand, with Hamilton guiding Kardashian toward a waiting car. He wore a matching gray set, including loose trousers and a bomber jacket, finished with brown lace-up boots and necklaces.

Kardashian wore a turquoise corseted top with cutouts along the chest and arms, paired with asymmetrical light-wash jeans and heels. Subtle was not the assignment, but then again, Broadway exits rarely reward invisibility.

They were also spotted on a beach date last month, adding to the sense that the relationship had moved beyond quiet speculation. In April, Hamilton was seen with Kardashian and her daughter North at Coachella.

That timing is hard to miss.

Dating Kardashian after a long single stretch comes with practical and emotional complications, and she has said as much. During a November episode of The Kardashians, she described how independence can become its own comfort zone.

“You get really comfortable the longer you're single,” she said. “The thought of you sharing a bed or your TV shows with someone else becomes less and less appealing because you get set in your ways.”

Still, she made clear at the time that she had not closed the door on a new relationship.

“When the right person comes along,” she added, “I'll be so ready and everything will be fine.”

That quote now feels less like a hypothetical and more like a preview, assuming this rollout is what it looks like. Kardashian’s dating life has long been treated as a group project by the internet, but this latest step is also a fairly simple human one: someone who said she was open to the right person is now letting people see who may have earned that place.
