The HP Ferrari laptop is not aiming for subtle. HP has unveiled a limited-edition PC built with Scuderia Ferrari, wrapping high-end hardware in carbon fiber, glass, and Ferrari’s Rosso Magma red because apparently a regular premium laptop was not feeling sufficiently parked outside a casino.

Announced ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix, the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC is the product of nearly two years of work between HP and Ferrari’s design teams. Only 4,999 units will be made worldwide, and each one will be individually numbered and serialized.

The launch also gives HP another way to show off its ongoing Formula 1 partnership with Scuderia Ferrari. HP calls it a blend of Ferrari design and HP engineering — or, less politely, a laptop trying to look fast before it even boots.
