Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun are not exactly hiding in the soft-launch zone anymore. The actress shared a PDA-heavy Instagram Stories montage Wednesday showing the couple kissing, dancing and generally behaving like two people fully aware the internet can see them.
Set to Layup’s “Who You Share it With,” the video stitched together several outings, including a beach sunset, a helicopter ride and a scuba-diving trip. Subtle? Not especially. Clear? Very.
What Was In Sydney Sweeney’s Instagram Video?
The montage opened with Braun kissing Sweeney’s neck as the pair watched the sunset on a beach. The clip continued with the couple kissing while dancing together, then walking barefoot along the sand.
Other moments showed them spending time together in travel-friendly settings, including a helicopter ride and an underwater scuba outing. In celebrity relationship terms, this is not a hard launch so much as a glossy short film with music supervision.
The post arrived nearly two weeks after Sweeney made the relationship Instagram official, giving followers another public glimpse at a romance that had already moved well beyond rumor status.
When Did They Go Instagram Official?
On May 1, Sweeney posted a carousel of photos from Stagecoach Music Festival 2026, which took place at the end of April in Indio, California.
One image showed the Syrn founder sitting on Braun’s shoulders while they watched Ella Langley perform “Choosin’ Texas.” Sweeney captioned the post, “cowboy kind of weekend ♥️.”
That post marked the first time she featured Braun in that unmistakably public, social-media-official way. The new Stories montage simply added more evidence for anyone still conducting forensic analysis of beach kisses, as one does online.
How Did Their Relationship Start?
Braun, 44, and Sweeney, 28, began dating last fall after first meeting in June 2025 at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $50 million wedding in Italy.
At the time, a source told Page Six that Braun was initially concerned Sweeney might be too young for him, but later became “obsessed” and decided to pursue the actress.
Braun was previously married to mining heiress Yael Cohen from 2014 to 2022. The former couple share three children.
Sweeney, known for “Euphoria,” “The Housemaid” and “Immaculate,” was previously engaged to businessman Jonathan Davino. They ended their engagement last spring after what was described as “major issues” in their nearly seven-year relationship.
For now, Sweeney and Braun appear very comfortable making the relationship public. The audience, naturally, has been given plenty to screenshot.
