Selena Gomez is clearing one very polished line item from her property portfolio.
The singer, actor, and Rare Beauty founder has listed her Encino estate for $6.5 million, according to TMZ, after moving into a Beverly Hills mansion she bought with Benny Blanco last year.
Inside the Encino property
Real estate sources told TMZ the home sits behind a gated private driveway in Encino’s Rancho enclave, one of the area’s more exclusive pockets. The estate includes:
- 6 bedrooms
- 10 bathrooms
- About 11,500 square feet of living space
- Nearly one acre of grounds
The house also comes with some notable history. It was once owned by late rock legend Tom Petty, which gives the place a little more character than the usual high-gloss celebrity listing.
The amenities are extensive, as expected at this price point. Alongside the living room, kitchen, and formal dining room, the property includes a wine cellar, media room, massage room, glam room, gym, workspace, and a vocal booth. For a pop artist, that last detail is less luxury extra and more occupational hazard.
