The Luka Doncic child support case filed in Los Angeles is being withdrawn, but that does not necessarily end the broader dispute involving his two daughters and proceedings in Slovenia.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Anamaria Goltes asked a Los Angeles judge on Monday to dismiss her petition without prejudice. That designation matters because it generally leaves open the possibility of another filing later.

“I am withdrawing my Petition for Child Support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children,” Goltes said in the filing.
