Percival said she began to worry when Andrews repeatedly avoided taking her to his own home. Instead, she said they spent time in hotels around Dubai and at his father’s property.
She claimed Andrews told her: “I don’t want to take you to my house just yet. I live on the Palm in this massive house, but the thing is I don’t want to show you what I have until I trust there’s an actual connection.”
For Percival, that explanation eventually started to look less like caution and more like concealment.
The claim that he was seriously ill
Percival said the relationship took a darker turn when Andrews allegedly told her he was “dying”.
The pair moved in together, she said, while she believed her fiancé was seriously unwell. According to Percival, Andrews claimed he had travelled to Bali to see “some of the top heart specialists in the world”, as well as Shaolin monks.
She said he told her: “I’m on borrowed time and I’m dying.”
Percival also claimed a person presented as a doctor told her Andrews had “something wrong with his heart valve” and could “only get 70% of the oxygen he needed”.
She said Andrews then framed his supposed illness around money and loyalty, telling her: “I’m going to go to this monk place, you won’t see me when you get back to Dubai. You can have the flat, it’s all for you. I was just testing you because I wanted to leave my money with someone and I wanted to make sure that you were genuine. I want to leave you with everything because I want you to have a good life.”
Percival now describes the episode as part of a wider pattern of manipulation.
Claims about money, famous names and business deals
Andrews has previously claimed he is a billionaire and a friend of Elon Musk. Percival alleged that big claims about wealth and powerful connections were a regular feature of their relationship.
“He told me he had a contract with the Royals and something to do with the US Treasury and Donald Trump,” she said on the podcast.
Percival also claimed another former partner of Andrews, named Crystal, had been financially scammed by him. She said she now suspects money from Crystal may have been used to fund gifts and milestones in her own relationship with Andrews.
“I think he paid for our anniversary, our engagement, through her money,” Percival said. “I had a new car in the garage, we got a flat, he bought me my engagement ring. We got engaged at the Burj Al Arab and had this massive ceremony. I had no idea.”
She said hindsight has changed how she understands the relationship.
“Now when I speak about it I’m like god, it’s amazing what manipulation and love bombing can do to you,” she said. “When I look back I think how did I believe that. Still now I’m healing but when I see what he’s doing to Kate, I understand. When people say how can’t she see this, but I was the same.”
Why Percival thinks he has gone quiet now
Percival also addressed Andrews’ recent disappearance from public view, saying she believes he has been “backed into a corner”.
Andrews reportedly failed to make a flight to the UK to appear alongside Katie Price on Good Morning Britain. Price has since been left trying to understand his silence, with reports saying she feared he may have been kidnapped after several days without contact.
Percival said she thinks Andrews did not anticipate the level of public attention that would come with being linked to Price.
“I think he underestimated how loved Katie was and how many eyes would be on her,” she said.
“I think he underestimated it massively and that’s why he’s gone quiet. He’s backed into a corner. How many times can you keep lying? There’s been so much that has been found out about him.”
She added: “He’s getting caught out left, right and centre. It’s all over the internet and the news. He doesn’t care about being hated.”
Katie Price is reportedly seeking legal advice
Price is said to be devastated by the situation and has reportedly spent the past 24 hours speaking with lawyers for advice.
Percival said watching the situation unfold has brought back memories of her own experience with Andrews, including his use of filtered photos and claims involving major celebrities.
“Even the filtered photos, the photos with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian, he’s ill,” she said. “He’s always wanted to be famous and be in the public eye. He’s obsessed with Instagram. Everything I see reminds me of my own relationship with him.”
For Price, the immediate issue is more practical and more painful: her husband has gone silent, and the people now speaking up about him say the warning signs look painfully familiar.
