Dylan Efron and Courtney King usually keep their relationship well away from the celebrity spotlight, which is exactly why their Stagecoach appearance landed with fans.
The longtime couple turned up together at Stagecoach 2026 in Indio, California, making a rare public date out of the country music festival. In photos Dylan shared on Instagram on April 25, the Traitors star had his arm around Courtney’s shoulders and kissed her on the forehead while the two posed at T-Mobile’s Club Magenta.
A rare public moment for a private couple
Dylan, 34, leaned into the festival uniform with a white tank top, black pants, cowboy boots, and a cowboy hat. Courtney, also 34, went country-chic in a light blue button-down shirt, shorts, cowboy boots, and pigtail braids.
The outing stood out because Dylan and Courtney have been together since high school but have largely avoided making their relationship part of his public profile. That is increasingly unusual in a celebrity ecosystem where couples can become content before they become comfortable. They have chosen the quieter route.
Still, Dylan has offered the occasional glimpse. In 2025, he shared photos from a New York City trip that included Courtney, among them a mirror selfie where the camera flash covered his face while she smiled beside him, plus a shot of Courtney with the city skyline behind her.
Courtney helped push Dylan toward The Traitors
Courtney may prefer life outside the spotlight, but Dylan has credited her with encouraging him to show more of himself publicly, including his decision to join season 3 of The Traitors.
“She’s always pushed me to put myself out there more,” he told E! News in 2025. “She’s always kind of said, ‘You should do something like this,’ because even on social media, I'm known on there, but people don't really see my personality.”
Dylan, who also competed on Dancing with the Stars, said Courtney told him, “If people could see your personality, they’d fall in love with you like I did.” He added, “She's always been my number one support.”
It is a neat bit of reality-TV irony: the partner who avoids attention helped nudge him toward one of television’s most attention-generating formats.
Dylan has talked about the next chapter
The couple’s Stagecoach date comes after Dylan spoke publicly about thinking ahead in his personal life.
“I am now in that stage of looking at the next chapter. I want kids,” he said on The Viall Files podcast in March 2025. “I got a little brother and sister who are 4 and 5 now, so I got to see the joy of them growing up and I want that for myself too.”
For now, though, the update is simple: one private couple, one public festival appearance, and one Instagram post that gave fans a little more than usual without turning the relationship into a production.
