Twitch streamer Asmongold is weighing a cosmetic reset, and his most specific plan is an Asmongold hair transplant that he says could happen fairly soon. The 36-year-old creator told viewers he is looking into the procedure, with 2026 floated as the broader window and the possibility of moving within a couple of months from June.
The idea didn’t come out of nowhere. Why Asmongold says he wants the procedure
During a stream, Asmongold looked over examples of hair transplants and told his chat he was seriously considering getting one himself. He also made clear that he sees the downside as manageable.
“If it doesn’t work out, I can just shave my f**king head,” he said, adding that he knows someone who could perform the procedure.

For someone whose appearance has become part of an internet character he did not exactly design in a lab, a cosmetic change would be more than a new haircut. Teeth work may be part of the same makeover
Asmongold said the hair transplant would not be the only change on the table. If he goes ahead with it, he also plans to have dental work done.
“I think I’m gonna do it. The fact is, if I do that, I’m also getting my teeth fixed, too,” he said. “The only thing is, I wonder if it’ll make me look weird. It’ll probably make me look like the way I’m supposed to look. Right? Cause now I’m kinda f**ked up.”
That last line is blunt, but it also explains why the moment caught attention. This is not just a streamer casually browsing procedures for content. Asmongold estimated the procedure could cost around $30,000. For most people, that is a serious financial decision. For one of streaming’s best-known names, it is less likely to be the main obstacle, which is a nice problem if you can get it.
