Page Six reports that Kylie Kelce pregnancy speculation has once again prompted a very direct response from the podcast host. On Thursday’s episode of Not Gonna Lie, Kelce said she is not expecting a fifth child and criticised social media users for commenting on women’s bodies based on photographs.
Kelce, 34, addressed recent Instagram comments about pictures taken during a trip to Paris. Some users had interpreted the appearance of her stomach beneath a loose dress as evidence of a pregnancy. It was not.
“I don’t know how many times we have to go over this,” she told listeners, describing the comments as the reason she generally avoids reading them. “Ignorance is bliss, you guys.”
She then read several of the remarks aloud, because apparently the internet required another formal briefing on the limits of visual diagnosis.

“First of all, hell no,” Kelce said when discussing the idea that she and her husband, former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce, might be preparing to expand their family.
The couple have four daughters: Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 1. Kelce stressed that four is already the correct and current number.
“I have four children. Four. Four. If you’re confused, I have four,” she said. “I have so many kids that over the last week, I’ve had three different people forget I have four kids and thought I had three.”
She continued: “Stop trying to get me to have more. Stop it. That’s between me, my husband and my motherfucking uterus.”
Kelce also explained that pregnancy changed her body, as it does, and that she has no expectation of returning to exactly how she looked before having children.
“Am I 100 percent pre-baby body? No,” she said. “That’s never happening and that’s OK because I have made four human beings.”
She added that her body “grew human beings” and contains organs, a detail that should not need defending but has now entered the public record.
Why does pregnancy speculation bother her?
Kelce said people should stop treating the shape of a woman’s clothing or body as confirmation of a pregnancy.
“I can’t believe we are still out here looking at someone in a dress, that’s not a fitted dress, and saying, ‘That’s a baby bump,’” she said. “Stop what you’re doing. Stop it. We don’t need to do that anymore.”
Calling the segment her “quarterly reminder,” she told listeners to “cut this shit out.” Her suggested standard was straightforward: unless someone is clearly announcing a pregnancy, the public should not form an opinion or start a rumour about it.
The field hockey coach has spoken before about why such questions are particularly sensitive. In 2024, Kelce disclosed that she had experienced a miscarriage and said speculation about whether she was pregnant “really light[s] my fire.”
“I do not take getting pregnant or trying to get pregnant lightly,” she said at the time. “And I think we just need to be in agreement that this is not a topic that anyone needs to be first on reporting.”
That distinction matters. A pregnancy announcement comes from the person involved. A comment beneath a holiday photograph is not investigative reporting, however confidently it is typed.
She has rejected similar comments before
Kelce’s latest remarks follow several previous responses to questions and jokes about another child. In 2024, she criticised an “aggressive” direct message from a fan who asked whether she had suffered a potential pregnancy loss. Kelce concluded that response with a simple request: “Let’s do better.”
In April, she also responded to a Not Gonna Lie listener who made a joke about “baby No. 5,” telling the person to “take a fucking chill pill.”
The repeated corrections have all made the same point. Kelce has four children, she has not announced another pregnancy, and strangers are not entitled to treat her body as an open question.
Kylie and Jason Kelce have been married since April 2018. For now, their publicly confirmed family remains exactly as she described it: two parents and four daughters.
